Over priced for shoddy work.

Very over priced for shoddy work. Once the plumber had gone I inspected the shower to find that the shower body isn’t straight, sealant has only been applied down one side of the shower and the three screws are not flush with the shower itself. The plumber didn’t clean up after himself as there was a scuff mark on the bath and kept leaving the front door open in the cold weather. Also feel that the hourly rate (which was £150 an hour but was lowered to £120 after complaining to the office) was never stated on the original phone call just that it would be charged hourly. In total the job was £540, £300 for 2 and a half hours for labour, £150 for the shower and £90 VAT. They also demand you to pay same day with the threat of legal action.

Such a terrible experience I’ve had with this company, called them out for a call out to look at my toilet which had a leak charged me £70 and said the job will be done before 4pm arrived at 2pm made a racket and left. Called me and told me that I needed a new toilet asked him how much it will be but he kept saying ask my manager the manager then quoted me £450. In the middle of the job called me back to the toilet and said I will have to charge more because it had further issues, I then asked how much will it be he said the new cost £970+ vat I said go ahead. After finishing he left and noticed there was still a leak asked them to come back to correct the job then said I need to pay a further £150 stay far away from them they are thieves.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience.The work was carried out late at night in my own home, and throughout the process I did not feel safe or comfortable. Having contractors in your residence after hours requires a high level of professionalism and reassurance, and unfortunately that was not my experience.There was a lack of clear communication about the work being done and the costs involved. I felt pressured regarding additional charges that were not clearly outlined beforehand, which made the situation even more stressful.As a homeowner, I expect transparency, clear pricing, and respectful conduct — especially when someone is working inside my home. Sadly, this experience fell well below those expectations.I would strongly recommend that anyone considering using this company ensure that all pricing, scope of work, and timing are agreed clearly in writing before any work begins.

Untrustworthy and fraud of a business. Overcharging for a very simple job. My experience showed a clear pattern of taking advantage of clients rather than providing genuine support or transparent service and the fees felt unjustified for the level of service delivered. Instead of acting with professionalism and integrity, the focus seemed to be on extracting as much money as possible with little regard for client welfare or outcomes.They will try to exploit you stay AWAY from these people and this so called “business”.
