I called 247 Rapid Response for a leak detection in Barking & Dagenham and was really impressed with the service from start to finish.The engineers arrived professionally presented in branded uniform and a fully sign-written van. They used specialist leak detection equipment and technology to accurately pinpoint the source of the leak, which took around three hours due to the investigation required.Once the leak was located, they provided me with a detailed insurance report and also helped with arranging the restoration of the property directly through my insurance company at no additional cost.Professional, knowledgeable and very thorough. I would highly recommend 247 Rapid Response to anyone needing leak detection or emergency plumbing services.

I live in Chiswick, W4 and had a pretty serious leak at my property which caused a lot of water damage. I contacted 247 Rapid Response and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better service.The team came out quickly and used professional trace and access equipment to locate the source of the leak without unnecessary disruption. They also provided me with a full insurance report, which made the process of claiming the repair costs back from my insurance company much easier.What really impressed me was that they dealt directly with my insurance company and managed the whole reinstatement process, getting my house back to its original condition after the damage caused by the leak.A special mention to Baz, who was brilliant throughout. He was professional, helpful and kept me informed at every stage.If you’re in Chiswick, W4 or the surrounding areas and need an emergency plumber, leak detection or help dealing with water damage and insurance claims, I’d definitely recommend 247 Rapid Response. Hats off to the whole team — great service from start to finish.

247 were very quick to arrive and after they detected the leak they wrote up a detailed report so we could get it seen to by the council ASAP. They were very polite and courteous too.
