Absolute scam, harassing money demander by so called “plumber” Faisal

I am writing to complain about the disgraceful service we received from your so-called “emergency” plumber - Feisal We called at around 5:30am after our water tank leaked overnight through the living-room ceiling, causing flooding and a power cut. Despite advertising an emergency service, the plumber did not arrive until around four hours later. When he arrived, instead of properly inspecting or repairing the issue, he spent most of the time taking pictures of the tank and parts of the house, claiming it was “for insurance purposes.” When asked what the problem was, he gave vague answers and eventually stated someone else would need to return another day to deal with it. We had no confidence in him whatsoever. Because the electrics had been affected and the issue was urgent, we contacted another plumber we had used previously. He attended immediately, identified the problem straight away, and repaired it the same day, which only confirmed our concerns about your plumber’s competence. Despite carrying out no repair work and failing to diagnose the issue, he then demanded £300, later reducing this to £200. His behaviour afterwards was completely unacceptable. He used personal information obtained through the job to find one of the girls on social media, realised he knew someone in common, and contacted them about the situation. When he could no longer contact us, he attended the property and aggressively banged on and repeatedly rang the front door for several minutes. The only person home at the time was a friend, who was left genuinely shaken and uncomfortable. During a later phone call with my sister, he stated he was “becoming irate” and that she was “making him mad,” which came across as intimidating and unprofessional. What we experienced was poor service, unreasonable demands for money despite no repair work being completed, and completely unacceptable conduct throughout

I’m literally forced to write a review as they keep ignoring my emails! My experience with them has been absolutely terrible!I was told to pay £108 call out charge for a job to simply look at a bathroom. Thought it was odd that they were charging to give a quote for a possible shower/bath upgrade, despite the fact their website states opposite for potential renovation jobs, but hey, I still agreed to pay it.I was then sent five invoices showing a balance of £0.00 with no payment link. I raised this multiple times via phone and email and was completely ignored.Later, an engineer called me, discussed the potential shower renovation (quoted up to £10,000 over the phone), and confirmed attendance. I informed him about the £0.00 no payment link debacle, but he said he’d come anyway as it was a large job.Following the call I received two messages confirming a 12–2pm arrival window.NO ONE showed up.We waited hours.When I followed up and called their office, I was told the engineer was running late and would come later that night. I declined, as my mother has Parkinson’s and cannot wait around until that late. This had already been clearly explained, and agreed with, with the engineer that called when we discussed arrival times.Despite their failure to attend, the next day to my utter shock, I was issued with an invoice for £108.I emailed them straight away stating that nobody showed up, and disputed this charge.What makes this worse is that they CONTINUE to send this invoice and ignore all emails asking them to stop. This is now beyond poor service and bordering on harassment.Each invoice has a late payment threat for it to escalate to debt recovery. Now I’m not sure if this type of aggressive, predatory practice is a scam they’re perpetrating, an attempt to wear you down by harassing you continuously or just sheer incompetence.Missed appointments, no communication, and repeated attempts to charge for a service that was never delivered.Absolutely terrible!!!!! 247 if you’re reading this, my invoice number is 3337. I’ve sent you email after email you continue to ignore! I suggest you fix this issue!
