I had a terrible experience following the engagement of the Roofer. I have been chasing roofer for 10 weeks to complete roof and replace chipped tiles as promised. Quality of some of the ridge pointing is poor. Scaffolder claimed he hasn't been paid and he barricaded my entrance with scaffolding poles until he gets paid

Called upon in an emergency to fix our Conservatory roof. Within 24hrs of making the call , Aspects worked hard and efficiently to repair and rebuild our Conservatory. A great job carried out with proffresionalism and calmness. Great guys good company.

Quick and efficient. Communicating was excellent, kept informed with any issues regarding the job and adjustments made fete needed.Quotes provided quickly.Roofers worked extremely hard. Great job of tidying up afterwards.Friendly and helpful to deal with.

Noticed the lead flashing had slipped from the roof above my door. Found this company on Google maps as being one “near me” online and gave them a call, got through straight away to John Paul on a Saturday and managed to get a quote and rough date booked in for the work that coming week. Kept to his word, I had a lovely guy round a few days later, the job was done quickly and without any hassle to me (on a May afternoon with hailstorm I might add!). Everything was explained after on what work was done, and shown to me before he left. The invoice was as stated and easy to pay. Here’s the before and after photos for reference. Thanks for your help sorting this quickly

The job was to seal entrance to my roof all round to keep out the squirrels. Two small places were left and the squirrels got in again. To date the builder has not returned to fill the two holes even thought I phoned numerous times. Post not allowed without one star
