took our dog there on Monday after being referred from the RSPCA. absolute sweetheart of a Yorkshire Terrier, 10 years of age.she was diagnosed with a pyometra by the RSPCA, sent for a free consultation to AllPaws, as we were looking for cost-effective ways to help our dog.told she would need surgery, which was quoted at £1.4k, then an overnight stay at £600 alone. then another vet was sent in, quoting us for a second night stay on top of the two quoted prices, bringing the total to £2.6k.When asking about a payment plan due to being a low-fund family, we were told it would be a 75% deposit. £1,950. A non-negotatioable amount. To save a life. 75% up front is not a payment plan. Our dear Peppa ended up passing the next morning.I am very unimpressed with how it was handled. You can't claim to have a payment plan, and then make it a 75% up front charge. You can't claim to love animals, and send a dog home to die after claiming she was critical condition. It isn't about care, at that point.

Excellent practice. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming, and the vets are highly knowledgeable and skilled.I’ve always felt that plenty of time is given to thoroughly discuss any concerns with my dog, and nothing ever feels rushed. All of the staff go out of their way to help build positive associations for the animals going in there. Bear absolutely loves visiting, his tail is always wagging. If I wasn’t a dog trainer, he’d probably be pulling me through the door! 😄A huge thank you to all of the nurses too, who do an incredible job caring for the animals.I would absolutely recommend this practice.

Having been dog owners for over 30 years, predominantly giant breeds we have encountered many vet practices but can say without doubt the Allpaws are the best we have ever known. Great people, great practice and outstanding treatment

Every single member of staff at all paws vets deserves recognition. A vets that looks after your animals because of a genuine love for animals and not monetary gain. The last month my dog has practically lived at all paws and every member of staff has been kind, sympathetic and cared. From reception staff, nurses and vets. Thank you every single one of you.
