Excellent service every time with Alley Cat Rentals! This is my second time using them, and once again, the service was amazing. The staff are super friendly, helpful, and professional. The van was spotless and looked almost brand new. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using their service again. Thank you! ☺️

...Sorry to hear you don't offer a deliver and collection service..even though I'm only 4 miles away😔. Your location is remote, therefore I feel this service could have been a great benefit for the company ...

Hi Chris, We haven't provided a service for you to score down, and we feel your review of a service not offered is unfair, feedback is welcome but a low scoring review of something we don't provide isn't justified.... We do in fact offer delivery and collection to businesses and brokers but due to complications with personal hires and logistics the benefits are just not there and a balance is required. Sorry but we take pride in our reviews and felt it necessary to respond to this to balance your comments. Tim

I booked a 9 seater for my wedding day

I booked a 9 seater for my wedding day, they took £300 out of my bank account when the deposit was only a £100 I had to call to get that put in, we went to give out details in a few weeks before my wedding so the day went smoothly, the day before my wedding they tell me I haven’t been and I need to come with the driver on my wedding day to give my details but I already done that and they said that day only the driver needs to come in and collect the 9 seater as you have given over all my details, so they lost my details and gave me added stress before my wedding, they then said the driver could take my stuff in but still no apology for there mess up, then failed to tell me on the phone or email talking about prices that they take £300 out on the day and when I phoned about it just got told you should have it in your confirmation email, that’s not good enough you should tell your customer when discussing the pricing as that money was for mine and my husband’s night away after our wedding, I still at this point haven’t had apology for anything, I have emailed about all the problems and I just got ignored and I emailed again this morning a week later and nothing, bad customer service This is the thetford brunch

Dear Zoe, We know and understand your booking didn't go to plan, however we still had the booking checked out for you when collected as requested and an apology was provided. The Deposit information is on the confirmation email, online and standard rental practice, along with instructions about collection procedures, we do as a general rule explain the deposit, this especially to new customers but do apologise if this wasn't confirmed to you verbally. We had replied to your previous email and we understood that we had closed the matter for you along with the apology to the additional driver that was sent to collect your booking. We are a team dedicated to providing a great experience and will always look at our errors and apologise where it is required. Your subsequent email today was in the process of being responded too, It is very busy on a Monday morning so 24hours to respond would have been ideal before you left your review. We hope the rest of the wedding went well and offer our congratulations, Liam is responding to your email as we speak and we hope to get this all dealt with soon. Regards Tim General Manager

There was a bit of a queue on the morning that I collected the van and that is literally the only negative thing I have to say. Everything else was perfect. The vehicle was exactly how I would expect it to be, clean ,reliable, and to be honest it exceeded my expectations. I had to hire the van for an extra day at very late notice and they were very obliging and the process was effortless. Overall the experience was perfect and I would recommend alley cat to anyone.
