They are excellent, I enjoy using their services. Always a pleasant experience. Great location for their HQ. Prices 'relatively' reasonable. Free coffee before you set off is a 10/10 bonus and a quality touch. Overall very pleasant to deal with, been using their services for years and hope to do so in the future. You should support a local business like this Vs the larger multinational chains.I highly recommend them, use their services. Highly professional and very friendly.

Excellent customer service, vehicle was immaculate and perfect for my needs.Great pick up and drop off.One observation is the fuel policy, it’s very difficult to estimate fuel usage when you have to return it with the same level as when you pick up.I returned it with 100 miles extra which is about £30.00 of diesel. It would be better to operate a full tank policy, whereby you receive it full and return it full and therefore only use fuel that you then replace.

Booked an electric van, we didn't have a lot of miles to do, but it totally got the job done. The only problem is not having the time to recharge the van before returning it,so there's a charge for each percentage off the 100.It was spotlessly clean and had no damage, everyone was great to deal with.

Excellent service every time with Alley Cat Rentals! This is my second time using them, and once again, the service was amazing. The staff are super friendly, helpful, and professional. The van was spotless and looked almost brand new. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using their service again. Thank you! ☺️
