Used the Cambridge branch before with no problems at all, but Sawbridgeworth I was disappointed with the level of customer service from the lady on reception, she was awful.. really bad attitude when I was trying to check in, then exactly the same rude demeanour when I returned the van… Calling her manager over because she could see “Scratches on the floor of the back of the van”….. I mean….. seriously 😦 .. What are you meant to do? It’s a Van!! I hired it to put things in the back of it!!!Made me feel really awkward and spoke as if I wasn’t even there…I was told, in future can I put a tarpaulin on the floor before putting anything in the van….Guys…. It’s a Van… No… I Won’t… And I won’t be hiring from you anymore anyway..Absolute joke.

This was my first time renting a car with Alley Cat Car Rental Sawbridgeworth, and I had a great experience. The customer service was excellent, friendly, and very helpful throughout the process. Everything was easy to arrange, and any questions I had were dealt with quickly and professionally. I hope they continue providing the same high standard of service.
