I found their tyre assessment inaccurate and misleading. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service, i was charged a call out with no clear explanation beforehand and nothing was done.

Avoid at all costs. Absolutely rubbish service. They fitted the wrong tyres to my car and damaged the locking wheel nut in the process. When I contacted them about the issue, they initially pretended they had no idea what I was talking about. After I provided screenshots of our conversations and proof of what had happened, they kept telling me that someone would come out to fix the problem. Despite repeatedly being promised that this would be sorted, nobody ever turned up.Extremely poor service, poor communication and a complete lack of responsibility. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Showed up in under an hour despite awful traffic. Really friendly over the phone and at the roadside, would use again.

10/10 both guys were absolutely beautiful at helping me get back on the road couldn't have asked for a better experience, this pesky nail was in my sidewall so it couldn't be fixed but they changed it to a tyre with one I like better because it hides the ring slightly to protect it from getting curbed as easily
