We contacted Anytime Tyres 247 Mobile after my friend’s tyre got a puncture in the middle of the road. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. The man on the phone was shockingly rude and immediately started pressing for payment while we were still simply enquiring about the service.The issue wasn’t even the payment request itself, it was the way he spoke to my friend. His attitude and tone were completely unacceptable and honestly disgusting. Because of this, we decided to go with another company instead, and the difference was night and day. We received amazing customer service elsewhere, and they arrived to assist us in under 20 minutes.Would not recommend based on our experience! Terrible customer service!
