Brett & Adam arrived at the time I was told. They worked so hard, I was told there would be 3 for the amount I was moving. They were both very polite, courteous & took care of all my belongings. The reason for 4 stars is that I feel the company could have added another member of staff as the new property was a 2nd floor flat with no lift. It was a very long day for them. Would highly recommend. Brilliant service.
This review is a bit late so sorry for that. I used this firm 6yrs ago to move me up North they were amazing, so much I had them again last November to move me back to Romford area. There is nothing these lads wouldn't do, they worked so hard and made sure everything was done properly. I would recommend them to everybody. Even the Office staff go above and beyond.
Everyone from Ross in the office to the surveyor and the removal team was professional, friendly and extremely efficient. I was very impressed and would highly recommend them. Excellent service, thank you.
Moved on 14/09/26 it was the only stress free part of selling, the guys worked effortlessly and efficient the whole process from enquiry to delivery into storage couldn't have been better totally would recommend a great experience all round thank you guys top work 👍
What an amazing serviceMoved my daughter from Manchester to London with no fuss bang on time and couldn’t do enough to help us -truly a great serviceThank you Dave Rose and your great team at Comprehensive Removals
Office removal of old furniture - excellent service at very short notice. Highly recommended.
Darren, Riz and Bill helped us during our move, they were extremely efficient and cleared the house so quickly. The unloading process was great and they assembled the furniture straight away and when unsure where the boxes were meant to go they asked. I would 100% recommend them as they made the process so much less stressful and knowing all of our goods were in safe hands was a great peace of mind!
Very happy with everyone at Comprehensive: surveyor who came out, office who responded to all my email queries promptly, both removals teams who moved me out and then back in. They were the most straightforward part of a very, very stressful process!
Great company, great customer service experience, could not fault them. Made our move really smooth with their experience and expertise.
