I highly recommend Comprehensive removals. Ross, David, Jason and the removals crew were superb from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. Ross said that they’d do everything they could to make our removal day run smoothly and he was true to his word. Completion was very late in the day. In the end it went to the wire. We were at the point where the team could have returned to the depot. This would have meant a lot more cost. Instead the guys worked like Trojan’s to unpack the lorry and get us moved into our new home. It was a very long day but the team kept very cheerful and professional and ensured everything was placed where we wanted it. I did feel bad when they still had the piano to unload and by then it was very late. Thanks so much guys!

On Friday Reece, Bill and Darren were amazing, our dream team trio moved us stress free no drama lama from Hornchurch to Upminster with a stop off at Mums to gift her some bits and huge delays due to the whole purchase nearly falling through. Despite that because they were so much fun we felt so at ease. They all listened and helped and were so thoughtful and considerate. Nothing was too much bother even when I kept changing my mind on what I wanted. They have given such good advise that really helped with where stuff could go better in the new home as well with larger items and even put large pictures on walls for us. Jason came round twice to quote as I couldn’t decide if I wanted full removals or not. Every time I called David was great he is the office staff help. They were recommended via Durden and Hunt and I’m so glad I took that advise as well. They accommodate with quotes to make pricing work as well as its other high end removal companies. Please use this company if you see this review it will make your move stress free!

Outstanding service from start to finish! Bill, Jack, Trevor, and Adam were absolutely fantastic. They arrived right on time, were friendly, professional, and handled everything with great care and efficiency. The whole move was stress-free thanks to their teamwork and attention to detail. Nothing was too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was in place exactly how we wanted it. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough—if you’re looking for a reliable, hardworking, and courteous removals team, these are the guys to call!

Fabulous removal team - Would recommend!

There was a very frustrating and stressful set of circumstances surrounding our purchase / sale, but we couldn't have for a more supportive and helpful set of people to help with the move, both in the office and also the team of guys that did the physical move. We've never seen people work so hard and were amazed at the speed that they operated at, always with smiles on their faces. The team bent over backwards to make the move efficient and successful, and went above and beyond our expectations. Everyone was friendly and helpful and they literally were the finest example of a 'team'. We can't thank them enough!

Can't fault the service received by this company. We had a very complicated scenario and they couldn't have been more helpful or supportive. Both the office staff and the removal men were friendly, helpful and bent over backwards!!! Wow do the removal men work hard and they go above and beyond all the time!!!!! Having used different companies previously, there is no way we would consider using ANYONE else in the future as Comprehensive removals were the ABSOLUTE best!!! Nothing was too much trouble, and in times of high stress it was lovely to be able to laugh and joke with the staff and feel at ease with every single one of them. Special thanks to Chris, Reece, Keran, Bill and Jack, you guys ROCK!!!!

Darren and team did a excellent job moving my furniture to Gidea Park. All my furniture and glass shelves transported carefully. Placed all my furniture as requested in my house. Ross was excellent with communication providing ETA and with the agreement. I would highly recommend comprehensive removal for your house moving. Thanks again team......! Dinu
