I contacted Essex Interactive last year regarding help with my existing website and spoke with Gary. Initially, communication was good from the start. However, my calls were later ignored, and when I did get through, I was told I’d have to wait until the following week for someone else to return.I reached out again on 18 February to see if they could finally sort the website. Gary said he would speak to his team and get back to me, but I never heard anything further.I called the company again today and spoke to Gary directly. He told me he would call me back once again, but from my experience last year I don’t think I will be receiving a call.Honestly, all he had to say was that he didn’t want to take the work on instead of leading me on.Really disappointing experience—lack of communication and follow-through throughout. I wouldn’t recommend based on my experience.
