Fantastic! Quick! Professional! I needed a punctured rear tyre replaced urgently and I couldn't rate Callum highly enough. Within 15 minutes of calling, I had confirmation they could get hold of a new tyre, price, and call out time. He quoted me 45 minutes and arrived in 30! Within 10 minutes of arriving the new tyre was on and wheel fitted. He even checked the other PSIs to make sure they were all correct too. Couldn't rate highly enough.

This is the best moblie tyre company I know. I’ve been driving for over 40 years and the need to have a company that can come to your home with quality tyres and fit them within minutes is so unbelievable. Callum is a young man who is excellent at his job. He is polite professional and extremely trustworthy. I can leave my BMW with him without a worry. Mitchell runs the business and dealt with me on the phone swiftly and clearly and gave me options as to when I can get the tyres fitted. Highly recommended. Do not drive to a garage… why? When they can come to your home and do everything you need regarding your tyres. I’ll never use any other company again and I have their number on speed Dail. A very happy customer

Dangerous, do not use. Their roadside tyre replacement uses part used, repaired tyres. Tyre failed within 3 days whilst driving.Have been advised that the tyre was not road legal due to the deep/wide cut of the original damage.Use at your peril.

I can’t recommend Essex Tyre Fitters highly enough.I had a flat tyre because the valve had come off and I was completely stuck on my own. As a woman on my own needing help, it could have been a very different experience — but it absolutely wasn’t. From the moment I called, he was professional, polite and incredibly reassuring, and he arrived super quickly after my initial phone call, which made a stressful situation feel instantly more manageable.He could easily have told me I needed a brand new tyre, but instead he was completely honest and explained that a replacement wasn’t necessary, it just needed a new valve. That level of honesty is so refreshing and very much appreciated.It was dark and cold and he even told me to wait in the car while he sorted everything out. The whole experience restored my faith in genuinely good people who are simply willing to help.I’m so grateful for the kindness, honesty and professionalism. I would highly recommend Essex Tyre Fitters and will definitely be saving the number in case I ever need help again.Thank you so much!
