I purchased new tyres from this shop, but unfortunately, they fitted the wrong tyre size to my vehicle. After the fitting, I specifically asked the staff whether the tyres were the correct size for my car, and I was assured that they were.About a week later, my car started experiencing serious problems. I took it to a garage and spent almost £1,000 trying to identify and repair the issue, but the problem could not be properly diagnosed.I then took my vehicle to a Mitsubishi dealer for a professional inspection. The vehicle inspector informed me that the tyres fitted to my car were the wrong size and that this had caused significant problems with the vehicle. I was also told that I was fortunate that the situation had not resulted in an accident, as the car had been driven on the road with incorrectly sized tyres. I have since had to spend even more money on repairs.I returned to the shop yesterday to make a complaint and request a refund. Unfortunately, the lady I spoke to refused to refund my money and instead gave me another tyre. During the conversation, she also told me that she had studied law in this country and that there was nothing I could do about the situation. I found this behaviour extremely unprofessional.This was a serious fitting error that has caused me considerable expense, inconvenience and genuine concern about my safety. I expected the business to take responsibility for the mistake and provide an appropriate resolution, but instead I was left feeling dismissed.Based on my experience, I would strongly advise customers to independently check that the correct tyre size has been fitted to their vehicle and, if they experience any problems, have the vehicle inspected by a qualified professional.Unfortunately, based on my experience, I will not be using this business again.

Great guys and quick service. My tyre was leak and he was able to spot it right away and it took few minutes to repair. Would recommend.

Amazing service by Ruben and Terence 10/10, didn’t even call just took the chance and drove there they fixed my tyres straight away and found other issues with my car when the other service place didn’t see or even bother to fix the issue with my car !!!Very grateful definitely going back 😄🎉

The service was absolutely brilliant,the staff were lovely and kind, they ensured all my tyres were raised and in a short amount of time
