We used Flair Environmental for removal of asbestos ceilings in our property. Communication from initial consultation, site visit and instruction of works was very good. They outsourced our work to their trusted licensed contractor to help us carry out the work within our timeframe, which was useful. The actual work and follow up could have been better however. Initially, we were assured that all work had been completed as per the plan of works, however upon visual inspection there was outstanding work that the final supervisor did not review the plan of works for, this had to be remedied and led to a delay in completion of works. There was also damage to our roof tiles following work, which we had to remedy ourselves, as unfortunately we had no acknowledgement or reply from Flair when contacted about this.
Great service, extremely quick response time with tests being carried out less than 24hrs after my call to Flair. Results were with us within another 24hrs putting our mind at rest. Tom was extremely kind, helpful and knowledgable.

I contacted Flair Environmental on Tuesday (28th October 2025) in urgent need of a asbestos report and by close of business on Friday (31st), I was emailed the report. A big thank you to Tom & Justin, great service and will be using you again as and when needed.

Brilliant service from start to finish. We are in the process of purchasing a 1976 home, and our home buyers survey identified the potential of Asbestos.
