An absolutely outstanding service from Tom Heath and the entire team at Flair Environmental from start to finish.Having been in business for nearly 55 years, I have dealt with a great many contractors and professional companies. I can genuinely say that the service we received from Flair was exceptional and one of the very best I have experienced. From the initial quotation onwards, Tom was professional, proactive and incredibly responsive. We were working to an important deadline and Tom always made himself available. Whether during the working day, early morning or sometimes late evening, if I sent him a question or message, he would invariably come back to me. That level of commitment made an enormous difference.I must particularly mention Dan Gravener, Flair's Technical Manager. His knowledge, professionalism and thoroughness were a major factor in our decision to appoint Flair. Dan took an extensive number of samples throughout the premises — one of the most thorough surveys I have seen. He even personally returned to investigate further and take additional samples where he felt further examination was appropriate. That diligence gave me enormous confidence that we had chosen the right company and team. When additional licensed asbestos was identified around the lift area, Tom and his team dealt with it professionally and calmly. They coordinated the specialist licensed removal works, controlled procedures and independent clearance testing, keeping us informed throughout.Alonzo Willis and the site team also deserve recognition for the way the works were managed. From surveying and sampling through to the site works, licensed removal and final certification, everyone involved was knowledgeable, competent and professional. The completion documentation was equally comprehensive, including the appropriate certification, independent four-stage clearance, Certificate of Reoccupation, air-testing results and waste documentation. This was particularly important as the property was being prepared for handover to a major national retailer. What impressed me particularly was that Flair did not disappear once the physical works were finished. Tom continued following everything through, ensuring the final documentation was provided and remaining available for any subsequent technical questions.A huge thank you to Tom, Dan, Alonzo, the licensed asbestos-removal team and everyone at Flair Environmental. Their professionalism, technical knowledge, attention to detail, communication and commitment were genuinely exceptional. After nearly 55 years in business, I do not give praise like this lightly. Flair Environmental thoroughly deserve it.I would have absolutely no hesitation in using Flair again or recommending them for professional asbestos surveying, management or removal works.A genuinely excellent company, backed by an excellent team. Highly recommended.

We recently bought a 1930s house and wanted to have an asbestos survey carried out before starting renovation work - mainly for peace of mind as some of the walls had textured coatings and the garage had an asbestos roof.We had a great experience with Flair from start to finish. They responded to our enquiry immediately and arranged the survey very quickly. Everyone we dealt with was professional, knowledgeable and genuinely kind, which made the whole process very straightforward. The survey itself was thorough, and we received a very detailed and clear report afterwards, which has been extremely helpful in planning our renovation work.Excellent service overall, and I would happily recommend Flair to anyone needing an asbestos survey
On contacting Flair regarding removal of a garage asbestos roof, we quickly received a quote from Tom. He answered our queries promptly and arranged a removal date . Alonzo removed the asbestos garage roof swiftly and competently. He was very professional and had it all done in an hour or so. Would highly recommend this company.
Thanks Deborah, we appreciate you choosing us
