Fantastic service. Contractors found a material they were concerned about whilst doing refurbishments to our new property; Tom was able to visit in a matter of hrs and had a sample in the post the same day, preventing any delay to works. Much appreciated.

They came over within a few hours and the gentleman discussed through lots of information whilst collecting all of his samples and informed me about all the potential places it could be in the future. Used Flair just before Christmas to remove some artex and vinyl flooring, unfortunately we had an incident with some much more serious asbestos being found during works and Tom and his team were fantastic. They kept me in the loop the whole time, organised another team who could deal with the licensed works to come the next day. Tom really went above and beyond to help giving advice and making sure we knew what was happening. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for a team who are very professional and want great customer service.
