Hyde fitted a complex, 14 point WiFi system with a 5G ‘mast’ on our roof which is excellent. It’s also a very neat, very professional job. They then fitted a TV/sound system. They were let down by a supplier but sorted an alternate and came to our house late into the evening to be sure we had it working for the weekend. It took them until 11.30pm but they didn’t cut corners and did a beautiful, job. They’re also really nice people. It’s James’s company and you can tell - he cares about doing a good job like his personal reputation depends on it.

Absolutely horrendous service. It started off promising but as time went on and they kept making mistakes, the communication and work took a dramatic turn. They have now turned off my WiFi and not given me the alarm code as they want more money to repair their mistakes. I’ve had to take legal action against them and get another company in. Stay well clear.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Had my CCTV fitted by James at Hyde Ave and couldn’t be happier. From start to finish he was spot on — turned up when he said he would, talked me through the best setup for my place, and didn’t try to oversell anything.The install itself was really tidy, all cables neat and hidden, and he made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. He also took the time to show me how to use the app properly, which made a big difference.Top bloke, proper professional, and takes pride in his work. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to get CCTV done 👍Many thanks Roger

We hired James to manage our AV needs at our recent conference and he was fantastic. He took all the stress out of the day leaving me to concentrate on running the rest of the event. His expertise and friendly manner put the speakers at ease and ensured everything worked for them. He even did all the running about with the hand-held mic to ensure that questions being asked from the audience could be heard. What a star! I would have no hesitation recommending him and would certainly want to engage him again.

We asked James give us a quote to fit our 55" TV to the wall. He came promptly and gave us some good ideas about what we could have and choices of how the job could be done. He quoted, what we thought was a good price so we agreed for the work to be carried out. Holes were drilled into the wall and at an angle to come out at the side of the fireplace. James brought another engineer to assist with the drilling and make sure the job was done well. There was a minimum of dust and any mess was cleared up. All cables were supplied and also the wall bracket. all in all we are absolutely delighted with the work and at a very competitive price. In addition James is very professional and also a very friendly guy and easy to get on with.

Hyde AV did a brilliant job installing our TV. The previous owner had an 85” TV. James recommended a slightly smaller TV and soundbar for a better viewing experience. He was spot on. Danny did a great job fitting new HDMI and data cables for our various devices. I’m very glad I got them to fit the TV to the wall. It’s huge! Would highly recommend Hyde AV for all your audio visual needs.
