We hired James to manage our AV needs at our recent conference and he was fantastic. He took all the stress out of the day leaving me to concentrate on running the rest of the event. His expertise and friendly manner put the speakers at ease and ensured everything worked for them. He even did all the running about with the hand-held mic to ensure that questions being asked from the audience could be heard. What a star! We asked James give us a quote to fit our 55" TV to the wall. He came promptly and gave us some good ideas about what we could have and choices of how the job could be done. He quoted, what we thought was a good price so we agreed for the work to be carried out. Holes were drilled into the wall and at an angle to come out at the side of the fireplace. James brought another engineer to assist with the drilling and make sure the job was done well. There was a minimum of dust and any mess was cleared up. All cables were supplied and also the wall bracket. all in all we are absolutely delighted with the work and at a very competitive price. In addition James is very professional and also a very friendly guy and easy to get on with.

Hyde AV did a brilliant job installing our TV. The previous owner had an 85” TV. James recommended a slightly smaller TV and soundbar for a better viewing experience. He was spot on. Danny did a great job fitting new HDMI and data cables for our various devices. I’m very glad I got them to fit the TV to the wall. It’s huge!
