I wanted to share our recommendation for LoftCare and Paolo's team. From the very beginning, Paolo and their crew managed every aspect of our project, guiding us through each phase, from shaping the vision and design, to detailed planning, budgeting, and finally, seamless execution. Throughout the process, the team was consistently respectful and tidy in our home, working long hours and keeping any disruption to a minimum.One of the things that truly sets LoftCare apart is Paolo’s remarkable network and expertise. Their ability to find creative solutions and bring in subject matter experts made a noticeable difference in the final outcome. Worked with Paolo on a recent home renovation laying new soil stacks and renewing plumbing services going into our home. Paolo's team delivered on the time we agreed with and liaised with the archaeologist and building control on site to ensure we met the requirements necessary. Highly recommended.

Paolo and his team at loft care have been great. They promised to complete our loft, side and back extension in 4 months which they delivered. The team were professional and friendly. Paolo guided us from initial planning stage till the very end. His communication was amazing at every stage of the project. We are pleased with the end result. We started looking for a contractor towards the end of 2024. We came across Loft Care and decided to give them a call. From the very first call, Paolo was there to guide us and answer any questions that we had. We had detailed consultations for the first few weeks with Paolo, his team and his architect Mike. They were all thoroughly professional, getting us to see beyond what we were thinking and handholding us throughout the process. An example of that would be not just creating a new bathroom and kitchen but also creating a small utility area. The process itself was well designed, we had drawings done, approvals sorted, quotes understood, planned everything on paper, and several meetings before the building work began. What was amazing was Paolo agreeing to a turnkey renovation while we spend 4 months in India. We had a whatsapp group set up right from the beginning so communication was proactive and plentiful. No ask was too much, if we needed a meeting with his plumber to ask questions then that was arranged. While we were away, Paolo and his team finished the work so beautifully, anytime there were any roadbloacks, Paolo was on it sorting it out. Rather than us worrying and chasing him, it was the other way around. Very proactive. I would completely trust this team to undertake future projects. It's rare to see speed, clarity and proactiveness mixed together so well. We were well looked after and could not be happier with out new extension.

We used Loft Care to conduct a range of works to our house, adding two dormers and in the process fully modernising our upstairs space including the addition of a new family bathroom and ensuite. From the outset the team provided excellent support, sharing their experience both on what to expect at each stage and their insights on how best to deliver the design.From day 1, the project progressed at pace and we especially appreciated the diligence and exceptional hard work of Paul & his team of builders, who clearly take great pride in the quality of their work, giving us confidence in our choice and the robustness of the build.Communication throughout the project was consistently prompt and Paolo went the extra mile to proactively keep us updated on progress, addressing our many questions and always making himself and the team available to support - often at short notice or into the evenings. Paolo and the team were also a great help when it came to navigating challenges, supporting us with solutions to keep the project moving and showing considerable flexibility – accommodating both ad hoc changes as the design developed over time and dealing with the unexpected.Very happy with the finished result, which has totally transformed the space. A big thank you to Paolo, Paul and the team for all their support - it’s been a pleasure working with you all. Highly recommended.

I cannot praise Loft Care enough for the whole process of converting our loft. We met Paolo at the tail end of last year after meeting with a number of contractors that promised the earth without providing any details answers to my simple initial questions. Paolo was also the only contractor that not only offered but encouraged us to visit previous conversions and extensions that Loft Care had completed and also were in the process of completing as well as talking to previous clients regarding their experience with Loft Care. Due to his attention to detail and very proactive way of working we decided to go with Loft Care and it was the best decision we made without a doubt. The price was very competitive and also included things that we thought would be out of budget. He also explained why a number of things were not necessary thus saving us a significant amount of money. From start to finish the project went smoothly and was completed on the day it was meant to be completed. The workmanship is excellent and the loft is better than I had hoped it could be. The architect drawings meant that we were expecting to have to eat into a bedroom to make room for the stairs which we really did not want to do but Loft Care managed to create the stairs we wanted without having to eat into the smaller bedroom. They also dealt with the architects and structural engineers directly as well as building control meaning that we did not have to concern ourselves with any of that. Great service. I have recommended Paolo and Loft Care to friends of ours and currently, we ourselves are having more drawings done for a kitchen extension and renovation for which we will be using Paolo's services once again. Thank you Paolo, Paul and everyone at Loft Care Ltd.
