Service was really good when I was purchasing my car, communication was great. Once my sale had gone through was a long process to retrieve my holding deposit back, called a number of times and my calls weren’t returned.

I can’t thank Danyal enough for the hard work he has put in with sourcing me a new car that I have recently purchased. He was able to answer all my questions I had and answered with pure attention, very knowledgeable and also with care. Danyal helped with every step and the whole process was stress free. From looking for a car to purchasing the car to getting the car the whole process was so smooth and can’t fault anything. Would definitely recommend Danyal to anybody looking at getting a car as he is friendly and will listen to what needs to be accommodated for.

I had a really great experience buying my new car from Volkswagen Loughton. From start to finish, everything was made so easy and straightforward.Ebenezer was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. He was really friendly, helpful and approachable, and was always happy to answer any questions I had. Absolute rank amateurs. Booked for a service / oil change through Cinch. Was assured by Cinch even though my car is a Porsche, they would be able to carry out the work needed and reset oil change and service light. I decided to call and double check with the garage directly and was assured that it was fine.Arrive bang on time at 9:30am and it takes 20mins to speak to the check in as they cannot find my booking. Eventually I meet Issac who says I’ve missed my technician slot and it would take 3 hours. 20 mins later he calls me and say that they could do the service but not reset the lights. Instead of taking ownership they just said Cinch should never have let me book it in.Avoid.
