Lovely camp site very helpful staff door staff bit bad towards kids But great weekend
Worth a visit.
Enjoyed our stay, very friendly and helpful staff. I just wish we could have taken our dog (well behaved) into a section of the club. The only place at the moment is an outside terrace.
Another Great stay
We have been going to Priory Hill touring park for years. Great customer service, very friendly with all tourers. Staff great and the views are beautiful. Was great to catch up with the staff and management. Will be back soon. Loved it and thank you.
Nice touring site
Touring site was lovely, clean and close walk to beach and clubhouse. Staff super friendly and helpful. Great breakfast! And food served promptly even when it was manic with the football playing! Pool is small but was ideal for little kids. Town was an easy walk but arcades where pretty much it.
Overall excellent stay, will be back
The touring park is lovely, showers/toilets cleaned regularly and has proper showers which is a bonus. The staff were brilliant, all couldn’t have been any politer and friendlier. Clubhouse is really good too, their foods good quality and we all said it seemed fresh (not frozen or reheated). Arcade is small but has a good selection to entertain the kids for 5 mins. We didn’t use the pool but would do in the future. We was pitched in the second section of the touring park overlooking a field and park which was spot on for our kids as we could sit inside/outside the caravan and still see them easily. Short walk into the little high street which has a really good chippy and an even better bakery. Not sure the residents are 100% happy with people from the touring park being in the clubhouse. The bright yellow wristbands make you stick out like a sore thumb and do make you feel a bit singled out. The residents would frequently act entitled and push in front during queues etc, did feel a little bit like outsiders and unwelcome by them. Also think maybe having the option of having another toilet fob would be a good idea, as if more then one of you it’s can be a bit tricky, my husband went to have a shower and while there our child needed the toilet and we couldn’t get in. Not idea if you don’t have a toilet in the van/tent. Sadly didn’t get to meet either of the Dyer’s but we would 100000% come back so maybe next time!

We had an excellent camping experience at this site with our caravan and two dogs. Very well attended site, staff friendly and helpful even showing us to our pitch site. Facilaties for caravan or camping are excellent and easy to use and maintained to a high standard. Site was peaceful and other campers considerate and friendly. Only suggestion I have is cars parking opposite the entrance makes entry and exit difficult when you have a long caravan, it would be handy if people did not park there. Club house was reasonably priced and good food offer. Only suggestion here is it is a shame dogs are not allowed in which means you can only sit outside the front of the club and miss any entertainment.
Another great stay
Love this campsite and always have a lovely time here the only things in my opinion are the shower block could do with a little bit of a revamp looking very tired inside but fully functional with plenty of hot water, staff are always friendly and helpful and the only other negative is for a campsite that’s dog friendly and I’ve been to a fair few now I’m disappointed that the club house hasn’t got a section for you to take dogs in and you can only sit outside with them which is not undercover so not ideal if raining. I always travel with my dog and I’d say all campsites I’ve been to have a section inside where dogs are allowed (obviously well behaved dogs).
Superb all around site , highly recommend
Great site Nice pitches Great staff , all very helpful , especially the booking in team/shop crew Shower cleaned regular Excellent all round location , park and open spaces nearby and Leysdown a short walk away Sea views to wake up to. The nature reserve has walks in unspoiled coast line. The club offered great value food if you want a break from camp cooking We come back every year and will be back again next year. Only negatives (and these are not the responsibility of the priory team) 1.The car park opposite can be noisy , but only on occasion 2.(this is a personal one) there seems to be large amount of wood pigeons nesting and when your pitch is under the trees Your tent gets a good covering of droppings , which did become a bit of a problem for me . Id be prepared next time . Other than that i highly recommend a stay here . 5 stars from me
Half term heaven on a budget
Very friendly and helpful,great location and facilities. We took a motorhome and family stayed in tent and they catered for both . Children loved the swimming pool and the clubhouse is very modern for a holiday park with great entertainment
