Concreting is a serious job with lots of potential obstacles: building controllers/ weather /suppliers. Q-Mix offered great value for money, maintained open communication. They even delivered well into the evening to ensure the project was completed on time. Kiera & Mr Singh were fantastic!

We strongly advise caution when working with Q MIX — especially for quantity-based contracts.Our experience with Q MIX was deeply disappointing. Despite their advertised "pay for what you use" model, the actual quantities delivered fell significantly short of what was agreed. Their operations did not align with their own terms and conditions.When we raised concerns, they repeatedly deflected responsibility and refused to issue a refund — even after multiple rounds of communication. The issue dragged on without resolution, leaving us no choice but to pursue legal action.We obtained a County Court Judgment (CCJ) against them. They failed to comply within the required timeframe, and the case escalated to High Court Enforcement for compulsory execution.This process was exhausting, time-consuming, and entirely avoidable had they honoured their commitments. We strongly advise against working with Q MIX, particularly where quantity settlement is involved.

Fantastic company, have been using them for a while. Chris has been a great help. Needed 2 more m3 on a pour after miscalculating the amount I need, they come through with a another lorry within the hour - great help and super flexible. Thanks, from the Amber Elite team!

What a fantastic company. We have been working on several new builds with Q-Mix and have to credit their professionalism, transparency, and flexibility. A huge shout out to Francesca, for whom nothing is too much to ask. She is a genuine credit to your company and she has made this whole process so smooth and straightforward. Great experience using this company. Reasonably priced compared to others but very helpful in the office when I needed a Risk Assessment and Method Statement. The guys on the day of the pour were respectful and pleasant, leaving me to do very little.. they had it all in control.

i would definitely recommend Qmix 100% on the ball from the very helpful young lady in the office 10/10. i was given a 3 hour slot from 8/11oclock the guy were here at 7.30 with the pump and the concrete lorry shortly afterwards they even mucked in and helped well done 10/10 use this company brilliant thankyou Qmix from Tim Lloyd Colchester.
