First time doing my MOT here, recommended by a friend — glad I listened!The service was outstanding and the staff were super professional. Laney talk me through everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary work. In and out in the right time, fair pricing, and a genuinely friendly team. Definitely making this my regular garage from now on.

Do not take your car to this garage for an MOT under any circumstances. They make up false faults to force you to have the repairs done there and charge you a lot of money.

We would like to note we take all customer feedback seriously, however we have no record of a booking under the name used for the review. We are DVSA regulated MOT station, all inspections are carried out strictly in accordance with DVSA guidelines. Any faults identified during an MOT are recorded based on the condition of the vehicle at the time of the test. We offer a free retest within 10 working days meaning customers are under no obligation to have any repair work carried out by us or have we ever “forced” people to have repairs done with us. That is not how we have ever worked in the 45+ years we have been in business. Given that we cannot identify any record of the visit we will be reporting this review to Google for a false review.

Robbie’s Garage is excellent. They’re incredibly reliable and always provide great service whenever I’ve needed them. It’s the kind of place you can trust to do the job properly and honestly.A special mention for Pat, whose customer service is absolutely top notch. Friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. Highly recommended!

I can’t recommend Robbie’s Garage highly enough. On my way to work my check engine light came on, the car started stuttering when accelerating, and there was a strong smell of fuel — not exactly a stress-free start to the day. Despite being very busy, Robbie’s still managed to fit me in, and booking was really easy thanks to their excellent WhatsApp communication. The two women on the front desk were incredibly welcoming and helpful, which instantly put me at ease. Typical Sod’s Law, when they tested the car it didn’t show the same issues I experienced, so they couldn’t diagnose or fix the fault. However, they still kept the car for two days, gave it a thorough check over, and didn’t want to charge me a penny — even though I was more than happy to pay. They explained the car was driving like a “dream” but reassured me that if the issue happens again, I should bring it straight back in. I’ll definitely be returning if the problem reappears (fingers crossed I won’t need to!), and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. If you’re looking for a helpful, honest, and trustworthy mechanic in Haverhill, Robbie’s is absolutely the place to go. 🚗🔧🧰

Wow what can I say what an amazing service phoned at 11am they came and rescued the car took it in and was ready by 15.00hrs,kept in constant contact with what was going on . The mechanic the guy who towed the carbon the receptionists all absolutely amazing .Will definitely be using these guys again and recommend them to any one in local areas .

Robbies remain to be a very reliable on matters vehicle based on their knowledge in customer care,diagnosis,trouble shooting and in problem solving. Would recommend one to test them and reap the benefits like I have had so far.
