Wow what can I say what an amazing service phoned at 11am they came and rescued the car took it in and was ready by 15.00hrs,kept in constant contact with what was going on . The mechanic the guy who towed the carbon the receptionists all absolutely amazing .Will definitely be using these guys again and recommend them to any one in local areas .

Robbies remain to be a very reliable on matters vehicle based on their knowledge in customer care,diagnosis,trouble shooting and in problem solving. Would recommend one to test them and reap the benefits like I have had so far.

Brilliant service, being a mechanic myself & liking to it’s hard trusting anyone with your car BUT I trust these guys. Come up from Cornwall for them to do the work I can’t on the drive. From MOT’s, Air Con, tyres, tracking etc. If you’re needing work done get booked in advance as they get booked up fast due to their 5* service!!! Thank you so much ladys and gents

Best place in Haverhill ! Pat is always very polite and friendly she has great sense of humour also, Robbie’s have never let us down, always gone above and beyond to help us when needed most of all. Simon the mechanic is very helpful always offering an explanation to our problem , although I don’t understand a word of what’s wrong with the vehicle, but never felt taken advantage of ! Very honest reliable friendly local garage. Thanks Robbie’s !

Had a great experience at Robbie's! The team was really helpful, and Pat at the front desk was brilliant really friendly and made everything straightforward. The work on my car was done quickly and at a fair price. Definitely my go-to garage from now on!

Took my car to Robbie’s for the first time earlier today for its MOT. Had a really bad experience and won’t be returning. Pat on the front desk spoke to me and my partner like we were idiots. She was rude and abrasive, not even saying hello when we walked in, just glaring at us like she wanted a fight, it was very odd. She showed no basic manners, no respect, no friendliness at all. It was like even just by being there we were causing an inconvenience she couldn’t be bothered to deal with. She seemed to enjoy telling us the car had failed and made quite a scene by raising her voice. There was no please or thank you for our payment and she chucked the car keys across the desk at us when we left. We left feeling upset and actually quite dumbfounded, I have never experienced anything like it. If you hate people, why are you in a job that requires you to deal with them? You’ve lost two customers today — myself and my mum, who actually knows Robbie personally and was shocked when I told her about this. My partner & I won’t even come back for the free re-test; we would rather go elsewhere and pay again!

Such incredible people! Helped me out when I blew my tyre. They drove out to fit my spare so that I could drive back to the shop. They fitted me with a new tyre super quickly. All the staff were super friendly and the prices are super cheap! Can’t recommend these guys enough!
