I done my class 1 at Robinsons. Ben was my instructor and he was fantastic. Couldn’t ask for anything better. Very welcoming, informative and on point with all timings. All the other instructors I came across were also very warm and welcoming. I would highly recommend anyone considering learning class 1 to do it with robinsons.

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Robinsons HGV/LGV Training. From the very beginning, I felt supported, encouraged, and confident that I was in the right hands.A special thank you to Alex, my trainer for my Class 2, and Ben, my trainer for my Class 1. They are both absolutely fantastic and, without a doubt, the best trainers I could have asked for. They are professional, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping their students succeed.Alex and Ben didn’t just teach me how to drive they helped me build confidence, improve my skills, understand the responsibility of being a professional HGV driver, and become safer and more aware on the road. Their patience, encouragement, and belief in me made such a difference throughout my training.Every session was a great learning experience, and I could feel myself improving and becoming more confident each time. I’m extremely grateful for all the time, effort, advice, and support they gave me.A massive thank you to Robinsons HGV/LGV Training, and to Ben for making my HGV journey such a positive and memorable experience. So pleased my husband trained with Robinsons 👍 his feedback is 5☀️ in his words:“Mike is a first class instructor, put me at ease from day 1. Gave very clear training instructions. Gave me all the tools to pass my test!Professional, great communication and a sense of humour.Wish I had made the decision to take this training years ago, when I passed my ADR and CPC with them!Recommend Mike and Robinsons Training 💯The ladies in the office were also very helpful and professional . Passed my class 1 first time here with 0 minors, absolutely amazing company highly recommend to anyone who wants their HGV license. 1 to 1 training so you get all the driving time to practice, a decent fleet of lorry’s which are well maintained and clean.My instructor was Ben, he’s a spectacular guy, knows his stuff, he’s very calm and friendly, brilliant for helping anyone who is nervous we had some great chats on our drives, absolutely a top man.Overall it’s an amazing company with amazing instructors(especially Ben) and kind office staff who will help you with your booking. 10/10

This week I’ve had the pleasure of being taught the practical side of my Class 1 (C+E) journey by Robinson Training Services Ltd.Paul Meaney (my instructor) was absolutely fantastic and helped me all the way, very thorough with all of his training and made it all make sense.With the help from these guys I passed each part first time (trailer coupling, trailer reversing, Mod 4 CPC and then the final practical test, with zero minors)If you’re thinking of getting your license, I would hand on heart say that these are the guys to book with.

I would like to thank Martin for his support. He explained everything clearly. Even though I didn't pass my test this time, but he did everything he could to help me prepare. I learned a lot from him, I would definitely recommend Robinson to anyone looking for HGV training.

Couldn’t recommend Toby enough. From start to finish he was patient, professional, and always explained things in a way that was easy to understand. He creates a relaxed atmosphere but still pushes you to improve, which really helped build my confidence.He’s genuinely invested in helping his students become safe, competent drivers rather than just getting them through a test. Steve has built an amazing team of instructors who are professional, knowledgeable, and have a great sense of humour, which made the week fly by and really helped reduce the stress.My instructor was Tobi, and I couldn’t recommend him enough. He’s incredibly experienced and explains and demonstrates everything in a way that’s easy to understand and remember, giving you the confidence you need to pass.I’ll definitely be returning for my ADR course soon. I’ve already recommended the company to someone who unfortunately failed elsewhere, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for top-quality HGV training.
