Everything about this place is brilliant. It is family-run, well-priced, has an incredible atmosphere, the service is great, and above all the food is exceptional. All the pasta is made fresh in-house - I recommend the wild boar tortelloni. Mauro (one of the co-owners) is a real character. I'll be back again very soon.

Used to order 2 pizzas from here once a week. Got the receipts to prove it. At least 20 times, easy. So that’s at least 40 pizzas. Then three times in a row I received an undercooked pizza. I checked the bottom and it’s almost all white. First two times I assumed it was accident. Didn’t want to cause a fuss. Third time I went to the owner in person and calmly and softly spoke to him about this. He was very defensive and said I was wrong and didn’t accept any issues. He claimed it was because the pizza box is steaming inside, which was funny to me because steam doesn’t make a well done bottom turn into an undercooked pizza. He also didn’t recognise me or my partner which was shocking to me since we were frequent customers and even took travel recommendations from him once. Was nice supporting an independent business, but you can get much better pizza from 081 in Shoreditch, or Carmelas in Angel which recently opened.
