I came into the tanning shop the other day and the customer service was awful, the lady at the desk kept huffing and puffing that I hadn't been there before, then doing it again when I asked for a cream. She was just being blatantly rude. Once I was finish and said thank you she didn't even look up from her phone and ignored me. £18 for a sun bed with bad customer service. Will not be coming again.

I had a treatment on Friday at Toast Tanning and it was great! The whole procedure was explained, I felt relaxed and comfortable. The whole experience was professional and she was very knowledgeable, experienced and friendly. I would definitely recommend to others and will be going back. Thank 😍

Me and my partner had our first ever spray tanning experience at Toast Tanning with Sarah for our photoshoot. She was really professional and made us feel so comfortable! Her shop is beautiful, clean and smells incredible aswell! We will definitely be coming back for any future photoshoot or top ups as the tan is SO good, and perfectly even! She didn't miss a spot! 🙌❤️

Lovely shop with premium sunbeds, Sarah is always so helpful and keeps the sunbeds sanitised and clean. Wouldn’t go to another sunbed shop ever again.
