An excellent service from beginning to end. Kane spent time and effort in the showroom helping me choose the right colour and material — nothing was too much trouble. Having worked with marble, granite, and natural stone for many years myself, I truly appreciate and recognise high-quality service and installation when I see it. The standard delivered was exceptional. I can highly recommend Toucanstone.

What a superb experience from start to finish! From the professional, yet very personable service from Kane in the office, to Dan measuring up and advising, and the two amazing guys who did the final fit, thank you. I found it such a big decision and getting it right took time, but Kane was 100% supportive throughout. I thoroughly recommend Toucanstone. Thank You All.

Super happy with my lovely new worktop from Toucanstone. The service from start to finish was absolutely brilliant. We visited the workshop to choose our stone in the flesh, weren’t hurried and were allowed to bring the dog! We received our quote within a matter of hours which was a couple of thousand cheaper than previously quoted by Howden’s. Kane kept in contact regularly regarding the templating and fitting date, Dan did a spot on job with the measurements and the guys who installed it were fantastic, both friendly and professional, taking the time to do the job properly and explain regarding the uptake of the worktop. Templates were done on the Monday and fitted on the Friday of the same week! Would absolutely 100% recommend. Thanks Toucanstone!

Brilliant service, so happy with the end result for our new kitchen - the whole team were a pleasure to deal with, they turned fitout around in 1 week from templating, and they were a great price compared to our kitchen supplier - so all in all would thoroughly recommend. They were recommended to us in the first place.

Absolutely delighted! Kane, Dan and the fitting team were incredibly helpful throughout. I had no idea what i wanted, so being able to pop down and look and some samples, styles etc was great. The templating and fitting were both incredibly smooth and completely stress free. Not to mention, the price i paid was less than half what I had been quoted from the big high street names. If i ever need any quartz again, i wouldnt hesitate to get back in touch with Kane. Jim Marlow

Absolutely fantastic experience with Toucanstone. They fitted our new kitchen worktop (Calacatta Imperial) and it was a tricky room with unusual angles. Kane and the team did an excellent job with great communication throughout and we are so pleased. Highly recommend!

After giving up trying to deal with another more local quartz supplier, who kept misunderstanding what we wanted, I found Toucanstone. Amazing service from start to finish, and now the quartz is installed it looks superb. The price was competitive too. Attention to detail and innovative ideas from Dan when he came to template. Kane was a pleasure to deal with, extremely patient and helpful. Both brothers certainly know how to offer top customer service!
