Super happy with my lovely new worktop from Toucanstone. The service from start to finish was absolutely brilliant. We visited the workshop to choose our stone in the flesh, weren’t hurried and were allowed to bring the dog! We received our quote within a matter of hours which was a couple of thousand cheaper than previously quoted by Howden’s. Kane kept in contact regularly regarding the templating and fitting date, Dan did a spot on job with the measurements and the guys who installed it were fantastic, both friendly and professional, taking the time to do the job properly and explain regarding the uptake of the worktop. Templates were done on the Monday and fitted on the Friday of the same week! Would absolutely 100% recommend. Thanks Toucanstone!

Kane and the team were so efficient and professional. We had our quote, measure and then installation all within our chosen timescales with no issues at all. An excellent product and quality. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Brilliant service, so happy with the end result for our new kitchen - the whole team were a pleasure to deal with, they turned fitout around in 1 week from templating, and they were a great price compared to our kitchen supplier - so all in all would thoroughly recommend. They were recommended to us in the first place.

Absolutely delighted! Kane, Dan and the fitting team were incredibly helpful throughout. I had no idea what i wanted, so being able to pop down and look and some samples, styles etc was great. The templating and fitting were both incredibly smooth and completely stress free. Not to mention, the price i paid was less than half what I had been quoted from the big high street names. Had a really great experience with Toucan Stone and couldn’t be happier with the result! The process was clear and communication was very good. We went for ‘Florence’ quartz and it looks stunning. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic experience with Toucanstone. They fitted our new kitchen worktop (Calacatta Imperial) and it was a tricky room with unusual angles. Kane and the team did an excellent job with great communication throughout and we are so pleased. Highly recommend!

Superb

After giving up trying to deal with another more local quartz supplier, who kept misunderstanding what we wanted, I found Toucanstone. Amazing service from start to finish, and now the quartz is installed it looks superb. The price was competitive too. Attention to detail and innovative ideas from Dan when he came to template. Kane was a pleasure to deal with, extremely patient and helpful. Both brothers certainly know how to offer top customer service!

Fabulous company

Fabulous company, very friendly and knowledgeable. Once I chose my product the templating and fitting was very fast . Also very well priced compared to some quotes I received.

What a gem of a company

What a gem of a company. I reached out to this company after being seriously messed about by another company who left us for weeks without a kitchen. Dan came out, measured up and within a week came out and fitted our work tops. Dan and Ellis did a lovely job and were lovely guys. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
