I have worked with Darren and his team for a long time on all my properties and find him to be extremely professional and very knowledgeable in his field of work. On this particular property he has spent a great length of time going back and forth working with the council so that the flue installation had been carried out as per the council approved instructions and finding a cost effective solution to carry out this boiler installation. Darren did a great job fixing my boiler which had a sporadic ignition issue. He was polite and friendly on the phone when I called him, which was very welcome, and he was prompt at getting back to me and visited the house on a Sunday to fix the problem, going out of his way to finish the job done. I'll definitely be a return customer, thank you Darren!
Darren was brilliant. He was proactive in trying to find out what the issues were, but as well as fixing it, he explained as well as showed me what was causing the issues and kept me informed. Work was neat and tidy and cleaned up after himself. Would highly recommend him!
