darren was extreamly kind recommend 10/10. done the job well and quick, and also great communication! fixed a leak on our boiler that we’ve had a issue with for a while! and straight away contacted other people for further things that need doing. and explained everything wrong really well. thank you so much

Excellent Service. Friendly and reasonable costed work! Darren and his team at Tower Heating successfully diagnose the issue with my property's boiler and worked with me to install a replacement boiler at a reasonable priced Cost. Labour was also reasonable and happy to recommend their services.

Darren and Chetan did a toilet replacement job in our flat; which I am very happy with. Their service was professional, timely, and reliable; and the work was completed to a high standard. A courtesy call a few days after the work was completed, to check that all is in order, was a nice touch. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

I couldn’t be happier with the service from this company! From the start, they were incredibly friendly and patient, answering all my questions - technical or not - with clear and helpful explanations. They were super flexible and even managed to fit my installation in earlier than the original estimate, which was a huge bonus.The team worked quickly and cleanly, taking great care to protect my home from any mess or debris. I was impressed that they suggested better solutions than what was initially proposed, showing real knowledge and professionalism. They were always punctual and very responsive, answering calls and messages promptly.The quotation was clear and easy to understand online, and they kept me updated if the scope of work changed. After the installation, they took the time to patiently explain everything and made sure I felt confident with the new system.Highly recommend them for anyone looking for a professional, friendly, and reliable heating service!

Could not recommend highly enough! Darren went above and beyond to diagnose and solve the problem, saving our boiler and avoiding what could have been an expensive replacement. Professional, knowledgeable, and determined to find the best solution. Excellent service from start to finish.
