Top company, came and dropped the skip withing a matter of hours, we filled it up and they collected it withing couple of hours letting them know. Reasonable prices. Gets the job done and quickly. Would definitely recommend!

Initially, we chose White Skip Hire based on their positive reviews, and at first, the service was excellent. Communication was clear, and the skip delivery was smooth and punctual. We were informed of their four-week policy, and from the outset, we explained that our hire might exceed this timeframe due to clearing out a house after my husband’s passing—a difficult and emotional task as we prepare to downsize. They seemed understanding and empathetic at first, which gave us confidence in their service. However, issues arose when we needed the skip collected before the property sale completion. I attempted to arrange a collection for a Saturday, knowing Sunday wasn’t possible. Despite this, they insisted on a three-day window and couldn’t guarantee a specific pickup date. This left us in a difficult position, as the skip could not remain on the driveway after completion. When I finally gave notice for collection, expecting the agreed three-day window to finalise our use of the skip, it was removed — less than 12 hours later. This abrupt collection meant we were unable to finish the clearance, leaving us frustrated and out of pocket. Attempts to resolve this with White Skip Hire were met with indifference. Their response was dismissive, suggesting we should be "grateful" for the quick turnaround and reminding us they didn’t charge extra for exceeding the four-week hire period. They offered no meaningful resolution beyond ordering another skip, which would not have worked due to the tight timelines, or suggesting we use the local recycling centre. The lack of empathy, poor communication turned what began as a promising experience into a costly and stressful ordeal. While they started well, the service ultimately fell far short of expectations. I cannot recommend them based on this experience.

These guys are just brilliant This is the best Waste transfer station in England. I have been to hundreds of different way stations. These are the most competitive on price so easy to use you driving drive around the corner and tip off all your unwanted rubbish at a price that cannot be beaten unbelievable the staff is so friendly they are the best Waste Clearance skip company I’ve ever used. I’ve been in this business for 25 years and I will not use any other transfer station now thank you White Skips best in London by far 10 stars if I could put 10 stars.

Skip was collected when the builders were not there. Rajan provided the excellent customer service to make sure that everything was collected and cleared from my drive in a highly professional and safe manner. Would definitely recommend.

Good service, however when collecting the skip, the driver wanted £10 in case they incurred a fine for overload. When I queried this, he said don’t worry about it. Felt like he was trying to make a quick buck.
